One of the questions people regularly ask me is – ‘does online therapy work as well as well as face-to-face sessions do?’
In my opinion, it can work even better.
My long-term clients tell me how much they appreciate the convenience of ‘at-home counselling’. They prefer not having to worry about travelling to a remote therapy practice – or allowing time to locate a nearby parking space! – and they love the convenience of booking sessions that fit in with their busy lifestyles.
I am sure that it will work for you too.
As long as you are able to find a quiet, comfortable space at home, away from other people and the distractions of daily life, all you need is a reliable phone or internet connection, a set of headphones, and perhaps a pen and paper, and you’re good to go!
You simply log into the therapy session online or wait for me to call you at our pre-arranged time.
When our session is over, you can then take a few minutes to relax in a familiar environment before resuming your daily routine.
And, there’ll be no frustrating commute to immediately distract you from everything we will have achieved in our time together!
