Hi, I'm Jill,

I am a qualified and experienced wellbeing counsellor, and I provide one-to-one wellbeing therapy online or over the telephone. Our sessions together will offer you the chance to open up and speak openly in a one-on-one, conversational environment

Together we can take back control of your emotional health, help you to function and flourish, and set you on a path to achieving long-term wellbeing.

Why Wellbeing?

No doubt, over the past few years you have heard more and more people talking about wellbeing. But what does it actually mean and how can it help YOU?

For me, good mental wellbeing means balance. And, that balance is not something that you simply find, it is something that you must create.

My wellbeing counselling provides the support and encouragement you need to develop that equilibrium. I can help you see that you already possess the resources you need to balance your daily challenges.

Wellbeing counselling will unlock the door to a place between effort and ease, between challenge and competence.

A place where you are neither complacent nor overwhelmed.

I'll offer YOU a safe space

Keeping your guard up at all times is exhausting and emotionally draining. Anxiety can manifest itself in physical discomforts such as a tight chest, racing pulse and a churning stomach. These discomforts only serve to make those mental challenges all the more acute. Our time together will be an opportunity for you to let that guard down. I want our sessions to be a chance for you to express yourself without having to explain yourself. Working through your experiences in a nurturing, compassionate and, importantly, optimistic place can really help lift a weight – both mentally and physically.

I'll be there to support YOU

Sometimes counselling sessions can be tough. Releasing emotions that have been bottled up for years can be a very tumultuous process. But, in time, things will become easier. There is no one giant step towards wellbeing – it’s a lot of little steps. And, you can rest assured that I will be there giving you all of the support you need on that journey.

One of the many benefits of online counselling is that we can connect at any time and from anywhere in the world. My diary is flexible and I will endeavour to schedule sessions to suit your individual requirements. Unlike with face to face counselling, you won’t need to wait days to unpack your emotions if things start to get on top of you.
